AliMed® Anti-thrust Cushion is a restraint-free option for difficult positioning problems. Cushion diminishes problems associated with forward thrust and sacral sitting while maintaining pelvic neutrality. Portion of the anti-thrust cushion with lower height is placed at back of wheelchair seat. The wheelchair user's legs drape over the higher portion of the anti-thrust cushion. We recommend this item for men as an alternative to the pommel cushion. Easily secures to the wheelchair with safety ties.

the ischial tuberosities to keep the pelvis in a
neutral position and help support upright sitting.
