U-Step II Walking Stabilizer helps eliminate fall risk for patients with neurological conditions, providing greater stability, maneuverability, and control compared to traditional walkers. Unique U-shaped base stabilizes and braces the patient in every direction. Reversed braking system keeps the unit immobile until brake handles are squeezed, allowing full mobility. Rolling resistance mechanism enables the patient to control speed. Spring-loaded front wheel glides easily over uneven surfaces. Tight turning radius for narrow spaces. Optional Laser/Sound Cueing Module helps normalize walking and increase stride (sold separately).
