Puttycise® Tool Set includes a variety of tools that can be pushed, pulled, or turned through putty to produce specified exercises. Use to simulate functional activity and/or tech joint protection techniques. Tools include Knob Turn, Peg Turn, Key Turn, Cap Turn, and L-Bar (simulates pulling a vacuum, sweeping, using a hammer, etc.) Tools work best in 1 lb. of putty. Changing the putty resistance increases or decreases the difficulty level. Set includes five tools (one of each type), carry bag, and set of instruction cards. Putty not included (sold separately).
