DARCO® Body Armor® Heel Reliever Boot is for the prevention and healing of heel pressure sores as well as diabetic foot syndrome and decubitus. The versatile bilateral heel suspension boot is designed to deliver targeted offloading and effective pressure relief throughout all phases of wound care—from prevention to the treatment of chronic pressure heel ulcers. The heel protector boot offloads the heel by redistributing pressure to the calf, with extra foam pads for customizable offloading. Seamless inner surface reduces friction and shear, beveled edges reduce contact pressure, and lateral ventilation improves air circulation. Made with a built-in positioning wedge to prevent hip rotation and extended calf pads to protect against hyperextension of the knee. Machine-washable. Universal sizing fits left or right foot.
