Comfy Splints™ Pediatric Ambulating Contracture Boot elevates the heel by contours in the boot's shell, helping to prevent pressure injuries, especially for bedridden patients. Nonslip, removable rubber surface sole provides a comfortable walking base for transfers and limited ambulation. Cushioned cover protects the heel, wicking moisture from skin to maintain skin integrity. Boot frame resists plantarflexion while providing a dynamic push to extension for correction of footdrop, foot-ankle contractures, and deformity. Adjustable toe post relieves pressure on toes and adjusts to accommodate variations in foot size. Anti-rotation bar hidden under cover helps control hip and leg rotation. Super soft, fleece-lined headliner cover is removable and machine-washable and treated with antimicrobial surface protector to shield against mold and mildew, stains, bacteria fungus, and algae. Dark Blue. One size fits left or right.
