Clearly Adjustable Heel Lift is comprised of 12 separate layers of firm, clear vinyl plastic that can be peeled and adjusted in 1-millimeter increments. Long, constant slope supports the arch and helps reduce arch stress. Layers have a natural tendency to adhere to each other without adhesives and can be peeled and re-adhered repeatedly. Vinyl conforms but does not compress, even with extended use. Transparent material is ideal for use with dress shoes or sandals. 1/2" maximum height. Trim with scissors.
