AliMed® KneeCrank II™ Knee Extension Orthosis delivers the last few degrees of extension to patients who need to regain ROM of the knee following knee replacement surgery, ACL reconstruction, trauma, or other conditions where full knee extension has not been achieved. Better than suspending weights on the extended knee, the KneeCrank can be used to apply tolerable, progressive stretch to improve flexion for limited periods daily. Easily applied using the soft hook-and-loop D-rings over a support board, the KneeCrank has an attached foam riser to elevate the leg and a soft waterfall edge that offers heel and Achilles pressure relief. Included foam extension wedge can be placed under the thigh for optimal hyperextension angle, if indicated. Available individually or 2 per case.
