Disposable Comfort Cover Set for KYRA® Curve™ Spine Frame protects the frame and supports the patient during spine surgery. Disposable covers protect the spine frame from fluids and contaminants. Comfort covers feature an extra layer of foam for added support and patient comfort. Foam head block provides support, stability, elevation, and proper alignment of the head and neck. Arm cradles protect and support the patient's arms. 6-Piece Set includes (2) cosmetic foam pad covers, head block, lateral rod pad, and (2) arm cradles.
