Carboplast® Thermoplastic Contoured Plate offers comprehensive foot support, improved alignment, and enhanced comfort due to conditions such as flat feet or general foot fatigue. Limits motion for conditions such as turf toe or hallux rigidus. Easy to fit and finish and can be customized by grinding or heat-molding. Shape using a convection oven at a temperature of 400 degrees F for 3-7 minutes. Thermoplastic is guaranteed not to crack or lose shape or material properties even after continued use. Available in multiple sizes and three material types: Flexible, Semi-Rigid, and Rigid.
