Constructed from insulated, double-wall satin-finish stainless steel with semi-concealed hinges and recessed paddle latches, this compact unit features two adjustable shelves and a removable perforated bottom panel for easy access to the heating compartment. Strip heaters and circulating fans ensure even heat distribution, while a digital microprocessor keypad regulates temperature from 90 °F to 160 °F (40 °C-71 °C). Available with Glass or Stainless Steel Door.
