AliMed® Multiform™ Thermoplastic Splinting Material Trial Pack allows clinics to experiment with our full line of Multiform to see which options meet your clinic's needs. Contains enough material to create two Wrist-Hand-Finger Orthoses (WHFO). Pack includes four sheets: one solid sheet each of Multiform Max (maximum resistance to stretch), Multiform Clear (moderate resistance to stretch), and Multiform Plastic Non-Bond and Self-Bond (minimum resistance to stretch). All types of Multiform also available individually and sold separately.


Each sheet: 6"W x 18"L x 1/8"H
