Prone Head Pad offloads pressure on the head and maintains neutral position during prone procedures. Extremely versatile Armboard Pads, Chest Rolls, and Dome Positioner are ideal for multiple uses, protecting the the arms, chest, and feet from pressure injury. Six-piece set.
