Provides ergonomic comfort and height-adjustable support for forearms to relieve muscle strain and tension from the shoulder and neck area without restricting motion. Reduces stressful movements while using a keyboard or mouse, assisting those with upper body weakness. Provides 17" of reach and 12" of vertical adjustment to hold arms higher than the work surface.
