Product Description

AliMed® Turnbuckle Knee Orthosis helps maintain the gains in ROM achieved through stretching and brace wear. Steel rod and turnbuckle mechanism provide a low-load stretch to the joint to gradually reduce the contracture and progress the range of motion incrementally. Turnbuckle with triangular-shaped grip easily adjusts with splint in place for optimal positioning. Rigid Kydex® splint shell is hinged at the knee, with the turnbuckle connecting the thigh and calf portions. Use for knee contractures from 45 degrees flexion to 10 degrees hyperextension. Pads are terrycloth-lined for comfort. Must be used under a physician's supervision. Fits left or right. Available in four sizes.
