AliMed® Sit-Straight™ Coccyx Wheelchair Cushion with T-Foam™ provides maximum pressure relief for the coccyx area. Combines all the benefits of our Sit-Straight™ Cushion with a top layer of slow recovery Soft T-Foam™ (memory foam) that has a rear cutout for pressure redistribution, comfort, and conformity. Integrated wedge and Solid Seat Insert™ base provide a superior sitting platform. Removable cover with nonslip vinyl bottom is fully launderable with rear ties for security. Available in water-resistant Black cover or Ocean Blue Polyknit cover and two widths: 16" or 18".

AliMed® Sit-Straight™ Cushions combine a Solid Seat Insert™ base with a wedge cushion to discourage harmful sacral sitting. The convex base design counteracts the negative effects of a sagging sling seat by filling the sag without modifying the wheelchair or raising the surface’s height. The wedge top limits forward sliding and maintains hips at 90° for optimal postural support. The end result is proper sitting posture, improved sitting tolerance, and functional independence.
