AliMed^® FREEDOM^® Short Elastic Wrist Support

AliMed® FREEDOM® Short Elastic Wrist Support features a shorter 5"L forearm, which applies greater support to the wrist, giving the hand freedom to function. Shorter length features enlarged forearm area to better fit users with larger forearms. Ideal for active workers, athletes, or anyone who needs a lower-profile wrist support. Cotton-blend fabric creates compression in the wrist area without feeling tight. Distal palmar portion of the splint fits proximal to the palmar crease. Design will not impede finger function, fingers can easily move and grasp items. Perfectly placed thumb cutout won't interfere with thenar eminence, allowing the thumb to fully rotate. Wide, adjustable stay supports and positions wrist in 30 degrees of extension. Comfortable fabric provides a glove-like fit, wicks moisture away from the skin, and is washable (remove stay). Simple hook-and-loop closures for one-handed attachment. Also helps to reduce pain caused by carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, or other injury. Available in Adult and Pediatric sizes in Left or Right options.
