Color-coded weights are all the same size and increase in weight by 1.1-lb. increments, so exercise is progressive. Pliable, hand-held isotonic weights are a fun and therapeutic alternative to traditional hand weights. Includes detailed exercise instruction manual. Available in five color-coded weights: 1.1 lbs.
