Allows oscillation movements for neuromuscular and balance training. Facilitates exercises for soft tissue and joint mobilization, tennis elbow, and golfer's elbow. Includes exercise instructional manual. Available in four color-coded resistance levels based on the amount of force needed to bend the bar into a U-shape: X-Light (Yellow, 6 lbs. of resistance), Light (Red, 10 lbs. of resistance), Medium (Green, 15 lbs. of resistance), or Heavy (Blue, 25 lbs. of resistance).
