SkiL-Care™ Elevated Wheelchair Mobile Arm Support provides optimal support for the arm and positions the hand appropriately. This wheelchair arm support helps maintain lateral body support. Adjustable elbow angle permits the alternation between arm flexion and arm extension that is so important to contracture control. In reimbursement language, this device is called a SEWHO (shoulder-elbow-wrist-hand orthosis). Elevated for edema patients. High-density foam covered with easy-care, spray-and-wipe nylon. Attaches to any wheelchair with a unique sandwich clamp. Left and Right models are not interchangeable.
