Includes a removable, adjustable 5" polypropylene sphere, which can be used at different angles for varied difficulty. Circular Wobble Boards tilt in all directions, while the Rocker Board uses single-plane motion (front-to-back OR side-to-side, but not both at once). Available in three models: The 16" Round Wobble Board is an advanced board with steeper angles and a narrow stance, which is ideal for athletes, fitness trainers, and experienced balance board users. The 20" Round Wobble Board is ideal for beginner- to intermediate-level users looking for a wide stance and is great for daily maintenance, rehabilitation, and injury prevention. The 20" Square Rocker Board includes two easily adjustable spheres and is ideal for early rehabilitation, seniors, and anyone new to balance training.
