FabSafe Anti-Slip Fall Mat

FabSafe Anti-Slip Fall Mat is a dual-density, multipurpose impact reduction floor mat that can be placed next to the bed or chair of at-risk patients to cushion impact and help prevent injury from falls. The low profile and beveled edges permit carts, chairs, and IV stands to roll over easily and will not impede walking activities or patient stability. The width will accommodate a standard wheelchair so the chair and patient are secure during transfer. Two-layer construction includes a soft, moisture-resistant, closed-cell foam layer for comfort and energy absorption and a slip-resistant vinyl top. Non-slip surface helps prevent patient or caregiver from sliding. The easy-to-clean mat can be mopped with typical hospital floor cleaning products without moving the mat. Not made with natural rubber latex.

Cleaning Instructions: Follow established protocol. Where applicable, a mild detergent or soap used with warm water can be used to clean flexible vinyl products. Once clean, allow the material to air dry, after removing any excess water/moisture with an absorbent cloth. User can apply rubbing alcohol to the surface of the flexible vinyl product, wipe clean with a paper towel, and allow to air dry. CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: floor mat is resistant to degradation by inorganic acids, organic acids, reducing agents, detergent solutions, alcohols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oils, amines, and aldehydes. Avoid using heated air of any kind in drying vinyl products due to possible deformation of the product.
