Carboplast® Thermoplastic Flat Morton's Toe Plate is a low-profile solution to alleviate Morton's Toe discomfort without additional arch support. Limits motion for conditions such as turf toe or hallux rigidus. Easy to fit and finish and can be customized by grinding or heat-molding. Shape using a convection oven at a temperature of 400 degrees F for 3-7 minutes. Thermoplastic is guaranteed not to crack or lose shape or material properties even after continued use. Available in two lengths (8" and 10-3/4") and two material types (Semi-Rigid and Rigid).
