AliMed^® Original Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint

AliMed® Original Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint is used to treat chronic pain from plantar fasciitis. This pain is often worse in the morning, and many professionals believe this is the result of contractures and muscle tightening while sleeping. Studies have demonstrated that sleeping in a night splint can materially lessen morning pain, helping to eliminate the painful stretching process by avoiding footdrop and accompanying muscle tightening. The PF Night Splint features a footplate set in 5-degree dorsiflexion with a strap at the instep to ensure the foot sits in registration with the splint. Strap pads protect the leg and instep from pressure. Includes a liner. Fits left or right. Available in three sizes.
