MR-Safe Non-Headset for use in the tightest of head coils offers music and communication to patients during scans without the use of an actual headset. Two 1"-thick foam compressible earmuffs are comfortable to wear for extended periods. Made of durable, stain-resistant, antimicrobial fabric. Not made with natural rubber latex. Can be used in conjunction with earplugs (sold separately). Compatible with AliMed® Large Sanitary Headset Covers to reduce cross-contamination, sold separately.
