Rustproof hand rims and side panels. Lightweight 24" wheels with quality wheel bearings offer a smooth ride. Retractable wheel locks and a quick release safety belt. Requires a truck height dock. If no dock available, a lift gate truck is needed ($125 additional charge). Customer may also request inside delivery ($75 additional charge).
