Product Description

Elite AFO Rehabilitator® is lightweight with semi-flexible construction to help improve gait biomechanics and efficiency for patients with mild to moderate footdrop. Patented FUSION process incorporates a blend of carbon fiber materials throughout for greater flexibility when compared to other rigid carbon fiber AFOs. Helps control plantarflexion, increase toe clearance, and facilitate heel-to-toe weight transfer while optimizing dynamic swing assist for reduced energy consumption. Appropriate for patients with mild to moderate spasticity. Footplate fits in most footwear without adjustment but can be trimmed if needed. Leg cuff is heat gun moldable to allow for fitting wider/narrower calves. Removable tibial pad enhances comfort and offers pressure relief. Includes AFO, two tibial pads, and strap assembly. May be combined with the Sport Rehabilitator Knee Brace (sold separately) for total lower extremity hemiplegic gait rehabilitation. Available in Left or Right and five sizes.
