Sizing: Approximate with shoe size. Small fits Women's up to 6-1/2, Mens up to 4-1/2; Medium fits Women's 7 - 10, Mens 5 - 8; Large fits Women's 10-1/2  to 13, Mens 8-1/2 to 11; X-Large fits Women's 13-1/3+, Mens 11-1/2 to 14.
