The merry adventures of Mike and Colleen exercising their brains challenge viewers to do the same. The 24-video segments can each stand alone for a 20-minute session. Segments can be combined for a longer session. Themes of the exercises include brainstorming, brain exercises, visual art, and poetry. Each has a story, then a pause for participants to join in, and then the finish of the activity. Modular structure and interactive presentation can be used with individuals and small or large groups. Encourages reluctant clients to become active participants. May be used with the Mental Fitness Cards.
