Adam S. Epstein

Chief Executive Officer

Adam oversees the company’s general operations and its diversified portfolio of products sold to a majority of the country’s leading healthcare providers. In his prior role as Chief Commercial Officer, Epstein directed all customer-facing, demand generation and product development activities. Before joining AliMed in 2019, he held senior roles at UFP Technologies (NASDAQ: UFPT) and Dielectrics, Inc. leading the development, commercialization, and sales of medical products and devices. He holds degrees from the University of Rochester and the Isenberg School of Management at UMASS. His career in the MedTech space spans over 25 years.

Mark Larson

Chief Financial Officer

As the senior finance and strategic business lead, Mark applies his experience in manufacturing, mergers and acquisitions, to support AliMed’s growth initiatives and address customer needs quickly, accurately and efficiently. Prior to joining AliMed in 2019, Larson held progressive financial leadership roles at PerkinElmer, Inc., GE Oil & Gas, and Dresser, Inc. for over 20 years. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Concentration in Accounting) from Stonehill College.

Chris Kaye

Sr. Vice President, Operations

Chris is responsible for building and leading change through investment in and deployment of best practices to drive predictable, scalable, and efficient execution through the value chain to support AliMed’s growth and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining AliMed in 2016, he was the director of operations at Brooks Automation and Smiths Medical, respectively for over 18 years. Kaye holds an MBA from Henley Business School, a MSc in Advanced Manufacturing Technology from Loughborough University, and a BEng with honors from the University of Wolverhampton, UK.

Juan Santos

Vice President, Information Technology

Juan oversees Information Technology and Business Analytics with a focus on data analytics, security, infrastructure, and process automation. Prior to joining the company, Santos served as Director of Infrastructure, North America, at Covetrus and held IT management roles at SmartPak for thirteen years. He holds an Associates in Business Administration from Middlesex Community College.

Jeff Hastings

Sr. Vice President of Commercial Growth and Development

Jeff oversees the sales and sales support teams, leading efforts to expand market share for AliMed’s product portfolio, execute programs with preferred suppliers, and expand current offerings within the GPO, federal government, and healthcare-provider segments. With more than 20 years in healthcare leadership, Jeff has held senior executive roles at Owens and Minor, Cardinal Health, Hill-Rom, Roche Diagnostics, and Vizient (formerly MedAssets), among others. Most recently, he served as operating partner at Mountain Pacific Fund, a life sciences investment firm based in Salt Lake City. Hastings holds a master’s degree in Education from the University of Akron and a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine and Health Education from Ashland University.
