When creating an account with AliMed.com, you will be asked to consent to receive AliMed promotions and updates. If you don’t agree, you will only receive Order Confirmation, Password Reset, and other miscellaneous business emails.

If you are still not receiving emails from us, follow these steps:
- Check your junk folder.
