Touch-Free™ Automatic Waste Can Opens and closes automatically—you never have to touch the lid! This protects users from contact with the receptacle and its contacts, biohazard materials, paper trash, and waste of any kind. When a hand or any solid object approaches the top of the can, it senses motion and opens lid to accept waste, then closes automatically. On/off switch deactivates the auto-open/close function. Body and lid are constructed of easy-to-clean ABS plastic, removable pail is made of autoclavable polypropylene. Standard trash bags may be used for disposing of paper trash and recyclables. Operates on four D batteries (sold separately). Comes with four labels, Biohazard, Recyclables, Trash, and one Blank.
