Thera-Band® Progressive Hand Trainer helps improve hand, finger and thumb strength and mobility. System provides lightest resistance available for immediate post-surgical rehabilitation. Contains 10" and 10-1/2" diameter molded rings that lock a fitted, circular Thera-Band® exercise sheet in place when pressed together. Elastic sheets are same colors and resistances as Thera-Band® exercise bands, from Tan (X-Light) to Black (X-Heavy). System includes one sheet of each color. Refills available in single colors only, 6/pack.
