AliMed provides HCPCS coding suggestions based on publicly available information as a convenience to our customers. We do not make claims, promises or guarantees as to the availability of reimbursement for any AliMed or distributed product. It is within the sole discretion of the customer to determine the appropriate billing code for a product, as well as, whether the use of a product complies with medical necessity and other documentation requirements of the payor. AliMed accepts no responsibility whatsoever in this regard.

DISCOUNTS and PROMOTIONS
Discounts and promotions apply to in-stock items and are valid on purchases made through AliMed or AliMed.com only. No Special Orders will be accepted with a discount or promotion.

Discounts apply to list price only. Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. Discounts do not apply to prior purchases

TERMS
Net 15 to established accounts. All prices F.O.B. shipping point. Shipment made at prevailing price at time of order. All prices in U.S. dollars. Prices, availability and specifications subject to change. Items may be discontinued at any time. AliMed reserves the right to substitute similar products to those shown in catalogs at any time. Quantity Discounts: Item numbers, sizes, colors, Lefts and Rights, etc. cannot be assorted for a quantity discount. One item number, one style per quantity discount order.

CREDIT CARDS
Credit cards are only accepted at time of order entry.

RETURNED CHECKS 
A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.
