They are intended to reduce the incidence of cross-contamination found in many healthcare facilities. Control is achieved by writing the patient’s name on the sling label. When the patient is discharged, simply discard the sling to help prevent cross-contamination to another patient or staff member. Available in two styles – with or without head support, the single patient slings may be used safely with most patient lift systems. Made of strong, non-woven material with adjustable nylon straps. Universal fit for most lifters. Sold in cases of 10, they have a 600-lb. weight capacity.
