IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
AliMed gladly ships prepaid orders over $300.00 to countries OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA and CANADA. International shipping charges will be added to your invoice. AliMed will NOT ship International orders to Hotels in the United States under any circumstances.

When will my order ship?
Most orders placed Monday-Friday by 3pm EST, are shipped that same business day. Shipping will not occur on Saturday or Sunday. Orders received over the weekend or on most Federal holidays will promptly be shipped the next business dayOrders received over the weekend or on most Federal holidays will promptly be shipped the next business day. Some exceptions include:
- Drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- Delivery times will vary.Back ordered merchandise will ship as soon as the item becomes available.
SHIPPING
We ship FedEx/UPS whenever possible. Charges are prepaid and added to invoice. We do not ship to a Post Office box. Freight shipments are freight collect (freight only items are indicated with a TRUCK icon). Some large volume orders and/or oversized items may require additional freight charges or truck shipments. Oversized items are indicated with an OS icon. Shipments to HI, AK and
Puerto Rico are sent 2nd day air and only to a business address. Please see our new Shipping Rate Table for exact charges:
International shipping prices, including Canada, reflect the base shipping charge not including possible customs duties, taxes and other country specific fees.

Delivery Inspection Required on All Truck Shipments
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All truck shipments must be fully inspected by receiver before signing for the delivery to insure there is no concealed damage. If you can not inspect immediately, make a note “pending inspection” with your signature. Any damaged shipment received should be refused by the
receiver. These guidelines must be strictly followed in order to receive any credit on Truck shipment orders.
Overnight Truck Shipments – AliMed does NOT provide overnight delivery on orders which require delivery by truck.
FUEL SURCHARGE
Due to escalating fuel surcharges from our freight carriers, we are forced to pass on a fuel surcharge on all orders. This has been added into the above rates.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
Certain items have additional shipping charges due to their size and weight. These items are indicated with an icon OS. We make every attempt to minimize the impact of these charges to our customers by consolidating orders as much as possible. Final shipping and handling charges are added to your invoice.
TRUCK SHIPMENTS
Additional shipping charges apply to all items that ship by truck. These items are indicated with an icon Truck. For liftgate trucks add $125.00 to the above truck shipment rates. For Inside Delivery, add $75.00 to above truck shipment rates. Final shipping and handling charges are added to your invoice.
HAZARDOUS ITEMS
Items indicated as hazardous, must ship ground. A $25.00 additional shipping charge applies to all hazardous items. Final shipping and handling charges are added to your invoice.
INSURANCE
Your shipment is 100% insured against loss or damage.
RETURNS
We strive to keep our customers satisfied by offering quality products, professional service and competitive pricing. Our return policy is consistent in maintaining the best value and highest service level for all of our customers. If the merchandise you received is defective or not as you ordered, please contact our customer service staff for quick resolution. All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The guidelines below must be followed in order to receive any credit:
1. Product must be in new, resaleable, unmarked condition and in original packaging
2. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of invoice date. To ensure prompt return processing, please attach the original packing list, invoice or RA number to the return. Refunds will be for merchandise value only. Please allow three to four weeks for return processing.
DAMAGED/SHORT SHIPMENTS
You are responsible for claim processing. If shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact the carrier immediately. Before we can make any adjustment, you must file the damage claim with the carrier. Be sure to save product packaging. Damaged and short shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
RUSH
Normally, orders are shipped within 24 hours. For same-day rush shipment, add a $15.00 special handling charge plus shipping (see Table above). Prices are subject to change; shipping charges additional.
