Revealer® Solid State Personal Alarming Dosimeter The size of a credit card and operates using just three buttons! Track occupational radiation doses for workers and visitors in nuclear medicine, brachytherapy, radiation therapy, PET facilities, nuclear research facilities – wherever there is a need for an alarm level below 10 µ,Sv/h and energies above 50 keV are of concern.
The electronic Revealer has an LCD display and large nonvolatile memory. Measures dose and dose rates in real time with audible and visual alarms that alert users that a preset radiation level has been surpassed. Stores daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and five-year cumulative personal dose history. Operates for approximately 3,400 hours on a single standard lithium watch battery (five months of continuous operation, or one year for eight hours/day. Includes protective vinyl cover, pocket clip, battery, and instruction manual. 3-1/2"W x 3/10"H x 2-1/5"D. 1.7 oz.
Download dose history records to a personal computer with optional Reader Kit that includes Revealer Dosimeter Reader and user-friendly, Windows-based software to retrieve and manage stored data and detailed dose history for one or multiple wearers.
