J2 Wheelchair Back replaces standard sling upholstery with support needed for all-day comfort. No loss of seat depth. Soft, highly-resilient foam attached to an aluminum back shell with an Air Exchange cover. Two lumbar shims are included to enhance torso stability.
Optional lateral supports, sold separately, can be attached to the chair uprights for those who need extra support to stay vertical. The Standard J2 Back is the most frequently used model. The Tall J2 Back provides extra trunk support needed by some users. Back position can be adjusted by up to 15" using an Allen wrench (included). Maximum user weight 250 lbs.
