GARRETT Walk-Through Metal Detector scans dangerous metals using 33 distinct pinpoint zones. Advanced technology discriminates harmless items, locating even small, hard-to-find, floor level items and eliminates interference from X-ray monitors and other interference sources. Dual channels enable multiple units to operate in close proximity.

Select from sixteen preset programs that include the new Enhanced Metal Detector (EMD) required for all US airport installations. Eye-level entryway pacing lights guide traffic flow and feature international "wait" and "proceed" symbols. LED lights and adjustable audible alarm signals when a target has been detected.
Tamper-proof settings are secured with a key lock and two levels of security access codes. All LCD displays, alarm lights, integrated LED bar graphs, control touchpads, wiring, connections, and electronics are located in a single, lockable overhead compartment. Top-level authorized users can change settings. Maintains settings without a battery even when disconnected from power. While in operation, the unit performs continuous self-tests of all systems and reports problems on the LCD display. Durable, weatherproof, scratch- and mar-resistant laminate construction with heavy-duty aluminum heads and supports. Adhesive flooring mounting option available upon request.
