Accommodator™ Semi-rigid PRO Orthotics combine the comfort of a soft insole with the control of a semi-rigid orthotic. By stabilizing the hind foot, supporting the arch, and limiting excessive pronation, these prefabricated orthotics offer the patient relief from heel and arch pain – right out of the box!
The base of this multi-layered insole is resilient, expanded EVA foam offering cushioning and shock absorption from heel to toe. This orthotic has a structured, semi-rigid shell that cradles the heel and supports the arch, offering moderate pronation control. Unlike other semi-rigid orthotics, this shell has a Poron™-filled heel window strategically positioned beneath the calcaneus, maximizing heel-strike protection. The entire insole is cushioned by a layer of breathable foam that wicks away moisture. The foam is laminated to an antimicrobial-treated fabric that helps control odor and friction.
Accommodator™ semi-rigid PRO Orthotics are recommended for Plantar Fasciitis, Peroneal Tendonitis, and Pes Planus as well as other foot and ankle conditions where support and control are indicated. They are available in Full-Length version or ¾-Length to fit a wider variety of shoes. Full-length insoles can be scissor-trimmed for a custom fit. Insoles are easily posted.
