AFP Mini Medical/90 Processor is an extremely functional and reliable processor for small offices, clinics, satellite healthcare facilities, and mobile installations. The Mini-Medical/90 processes 90-14" x 17" films per hour with built-in quality controls. It’,s easy to operate and includes many time, space, and money saving features found in higher priced models—Measures only 33" x 22" x 24" overall, with only a 21" footprint to fit in small spaces. Processed film exits from the top. Unibody tank system and capacitor start motor assures quiet and reliable operation and worm drive greatly reduces the load on the drive system and extends motor life. Film detector allows the processor to accept standard sizes and colors of X-ray film.
Simple, reliable operation—,a single switch activates the processor. Quick and versatile processing-handles films as small as 4" x 4" and as large as 14" x 36" standard X-ray film for 90 second processing, processes up to 90 - 14" x 17" films per hour.
Built-in quality control—audible and visual indicators signal when the processor is ready to accept another film. Two separate indicator lights let the operator know the developer solution is at the proper level and that it has reached the optimum temperature for film processing. Lightproof, covered feed tray reduces time in the dark.
Interlocking crossover—films travel from tank to tank with minimum exposure to air. Molded plastic unibody and interlocking racks simplify removal.
Automatic chemical replenisher—electronic activating system replenishes solutions automatically keeping all chemicals at peak operating efficiency.
Automatic wash water control—minimizes the consumption of water by eliminating flow during standby mode. Approximately one pint of fresh water is added during each “jog” cycle to eliminate algae problems associated with standing water.
Infrared dryer—energy-efficient I.R. heat lamps dry each film quickly and quietly. Pivot-back dryer rack enables easy access to wash section.
Automatic standby—drive motor and pumps shut off automatically during inactivity to reduce energy consumption and mechanical wear. Temperatures are maintained electronically. Special “jog” cycle keeps rollers wet while the machine is in standby, thus guaranteeing quality processing throughout the day.
Silver recovery connection—fixer drainage hose fittings are compatible with most standard silver recovery units.
Solid-state circuitry—modular, state-of-the-art electronics assure reliable operation with minimal start up and reset times. Audible tone alerts operator that processor is ready to accept another film.
Simple installation—,runs on standard electrical current and requires only a cold water line connection.

Requires a truck height dock. If no dock available, a lift gate truck is needed ($125 additional charge). Customer may also request inside delivery ($75 additional charge).
