SkiL-Care™ Removable Wheelchair Lap Trays- HCFA guidelines mention removable lap trays as restraint alternatives. Trays serve as foundations on which residents can lean for support, they provide activity and feeding surfaces, and they act as reminders not to leave the wheelchair.
SkiL-Care trays are available in three styles: the long-lasting Dura-Tray, the vinyl-covered Econo-Tray, and the cushioned SofTop Tray that's easy on sensitive arms and elbows.
All trays have easy-open closures for OBRA compliance and around-the-chair straps that prevent them from sliding forward.
