Aquaplast RT®, Disposable U-Frames are ready-to-use U-Frames that are preloaded with Aquaplast RT Thermoplastic sheets for greatest convenience. Use for any radiation therapy application that requires precise, repeatable patient localization, such as IMRT. Low-temperature melting point is more comfortable for both the patient and technologist.
Perforations enable the patient to breathe and see through the mask. Designed to control shrinkage to provide a comfortable and firmer hold on the patient. Duplicate patient ID tags and lot numbers on each frame&mdash,one stays on the frame and the other gets placed right on the patient&rsquo,s chart for error-free tracking. Fit most WFR/Aquaplast AccuFix&trade,, Bionix, Cardinal Halcyon&trade,, Med-Tec and Van Arsdale boards.
