AliMed® Gel Cushions are designed and engineered using exclusive non-aqueous Dura-GEL with specialized foam top and base. Cushion provides long-term skin protection and positioning for high-risk patients. The Elite AT (Anti-Thrust) has a pre-ischial ridge anterior to the ischial tuberosities to prevent forward migration of user&rsquo,s pelvis. Bariatric sizes available.

Skin protection features: AliMed® Gel Cushions combine exclusive Dura-GEL with specialized foam to reduce body interface pressure at critical points, ischial tuberosities and sacrum/coccyx. Simulated immersion test results meet SADMERC requirements for skin protection.

Positioning Features: Lateral thigh and pelvic support: Side wedges provide lateral stability to lower extremities, trochanter, and pelvis. Medial thigh support: Abductor or pommel provides stability and leg dividing support for lower extremities. Meets SADMERC requirements for positioning.
