3pp® PF Lift™ relieves pain of Plantar Fasciitis or heel spurs day or night. Stretches and lifts plantar fascia to reduce heel pain when walking, standing, or running. Nonslip, soft, foam-lined straps fit into shoes and stay in place without sliding. Hand- or machine-washable; air dry. Latex-free. Fits left or right.
Sizing: Measure circumference 4" above ankle. S/M fits 7"-11"; L/XL fits 11"-15"
